4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY... We offer domestic and select international shipping Shipping methods and timelines are shown at checkout We are not responsible for shipping delays or incorrect addresses International customers are responsible for customs or import fees
5. RETURNS & REFUNDS... All sales are final, due to the handmade and custom nature of our products If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery Refunds or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis

8. USER-GENERATED CONTENT... If you submit a review, testimonial, or share media, you grant us permission to use it for marketing We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY... All artwork, photography, product designs, and branding belong to Little Flower Creative, LLC. Do not copy or reuse our content without written permission.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY... We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, misuse of products or services, or delays caused by events outside our control.
11. GOVERNING LAW... These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Hamilton County, Ohio.
12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION... We agree to attempt informal resolution first. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless otherwise required by law.

1. CANCELLATIONS... Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. To request a cancellation, please contact us at hello@littleflowercreative.co with your order number.
2. RETURNS... Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at the email above.

Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Buyers are responsible for any loss in value if returned items are not in original condition (as agreed upon with the seller).

All returns must be pre-approved before being shipped.
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS... Custom or personalized items are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
4. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS... If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can make it right.
5. EXCHANGES... We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, please follow the return process above and place a new order once your return is approved and received.

1. PROCESSING TIMES... Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding federal holidays). Custom items may require up to 10 business days for processing.
2. SHIPPING METHODS & CARRIERS... Most orders are shipped via USPS. Customers may select their preferred shipping service and speed during checkout. We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $35 at our default shipping level. Expedited options are available at an additional cost.
3. DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING... We ship both within the U.S. and internationally. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
4. DELIVERY ESTIMATES & CARRIER RESPONSIBILITY... Estimated transit times are determined by USPS and vary based on the shipping method chosen. We are not responsible for delays, incorrect deliveries, or other disruptions caused by the carrier or incorrect address information.
5. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES... We are not liable for stolen packages or misdeliveries. However, we may offer a discounted or replacement item on a case-by-case basis. The customer is responsible for any new shipping charges.
6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY... Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate at checkout. We cannot reroute or replace items due to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
